The arrival of Alexis at the Theater of Dreams couldn't come at a better time, at a time when United were struggling to create opportunities and add that dynamism to their game.
It's true the loss of Mkhitaryan to their arch-rivals Gunners is something that many wouldn't agree, also after his amazing performance against Big Sam's Club Everton.
But what Sanchez brings to the United's game is something many wouldn't have assumed.
Where many times Lukaku didn't have much help in attack due to Zlatan's injury and inconsistency of the United young guns Rashford and Tony Martial, he just added that extra firepower to that attack line, also able to play in various positions such as LW, RW, CAM, ST, means Jose can give more rest to players due to his pervasiveness.
This also means that Lukaku gets more rest and Rashford gets more chance to play in his strongest position that is of a striker, while Martial continues to attack the wings with him.
Or also his ability to play false 9 and CAM giving the likes of Juan Mata to increase the creativity on the field.
Alexis Sanchez has approximately played around 250 minutes this season for United, in total of 3 matches,
4-0 victory against Yeovil,
a 2-0 defeat and a 2-0 victory against Spurs and Huddersfield respectively, he has been fouled 17 times that's around 1 foul every 15 minutes.
It's not the jealousy of Alexis being biggest earner, but no one seems to catch up with him, the way he dribbles comfortably against the defenses at such a threatening speed and agility.
His arrival has just the thing United were hoping for, and like I used to say Alexis Sanchez is the one we need.
Also, Lukaku returning to form when Alexis returns can't just be a coincidence, can it?
